The Northern Territory Legal Aid Commission is seeking a solicitor for its busy and dynamic Family Law Practice. The Practice includes the provision of duty lawyer services, legal advice, task assistance and representation in the areas of family law (including child support), children’s care and protection matters and appearances before Territory and Federal Courts. On-going training will be provided.
The Commission’s conditions of employment are similar to those existing in the Northern Territory Public Service.
