CLE Session Booking Form

Fill in this form to request a community legal education session or program. Please give as much information as you can about the group and what you want; this will help us plan and prepare well. When we get the form we will contact you to talk about it. We usually need a minimum of four weeks' notice to book a session. More than four weeks' notice is better. Please note that we may not be able to deliver your request but will try to find someone who can. This form goes over 2 pages. You can save the form and continue later if required.
