If you want to make a complaint, we have the following methods you can use.

If sending via PDF form, complaints should be addressed to the Director and posted or emailed to us:

If you find it difficult to make a written complaint because of literacy, language, or disability, please tell us.

We will acknowledge your complaint in writing.
