An opportunity exists in our Darwin office for two Criminal Solicitors to join our team. Duties include appearing in the Local Court, Youth Justice Court, Supreme Court and other courts as directed. The successful applicants will be required to represent clients in receipt of a grant of legal aid, assist members of the public as a duty solicitor and provide legal advice and assistance.
The Commission’s conditions of employment are similar to those existing in the Northern Territory Public Service.
